Settings are your locations, departments, units. Settings are selected when entering data into audits and case and displayed when view entries or data aggregated in question reports.

Please follow these steps to add a new setting:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Settings
- Click Add setting
- Enter information
- Name (title of location or department)
- Description (optional)
- Owner (optional)
- Click Save
Please follow these steps to add a new setting:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Settings
- Locate setting to edit
- Click Edit
- Update information
- Click Save
Please note, changing the name of the setting will update all historic data as well. Contact support for more information or assistance if you would like to merge duplicate settings.
Assign evidence records to setting
Please follow these steps to add or remove a setting from evidence records:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Settings
- Locate setting to edit
- Click Assign Evidence to this Setting
User Double Arrows to add/remove all or click on evidence titles to add/remove specific tools. More than one title can be selected by using the Ctrl key. You will only be able to assign evidence that you own or have appropriate rights to edit.
Assign settings to evidence record
Please follow these steps to add or remove a setting from evidence records:
- Navigate to the evidence record
- Click Edit
- Click Customize Lookup
- Check or uncheck settings to add or remove
- Click Save
Use the checkbox in the upper left hand corner next to Name to select all Settings at one time.
Please follow these steps to disable a setting:
- Mouse over your name
- Click Tools
- Click Settings
- Locate setting to edit
- Check Disabled box
This will disable the location and remove it from any evidence record using the setting. The locations will still be included in reports when data is present.
